My Top 10 Tips For Making A Vox Pop

As part of my media project ive been asked to conduct a series of short interviews known as vox pops heres my top 10 tips for creating your own:

1. Do plenty of research on the web or in newspapers or listening to the radio 

2. Think of easy and understandable questions to ask people 

3. Learn how to use equipment for vox pops i.e cameras

4. If you are using a camera make sure you have a tripod (as it stops shaking)

5. Make sure that you are confident in the questions you are asking the audience

6. Find quiet places to record

7. Speak clearly

8. Learn how to edit videos

9. Learn how to edit sound recordings

10. Learn different camera shots

About myself

My name is timmy potter i am currently studying at city of westminster college doing first diploma media and i am enjoying it . I am 16 years old and live in west london i studied previously at queens park community school whilst i did my GCSES and came out on top with some good grades. In 10 years time i hope to have a stable career in the media induatry. The reason i chose to do media was because ei enjoy watching films, i like to keep myself up to date with all the latest news, i enjoy watching football and i would literally die without music. I like all types of music my favourite bands and artists include: Jay z, Red hot chilli peppers, Nirvana,Foo Fighters, Rizzle kicks , ed sheeran and many more. I also play the drums and enjoy making beats and find it is a good stress release I am a massive film fan and in my spare time you will most probably finding me in my room watching new releases. Im a bit of the jack the lad type and i enjoy hanging out with my mates at college. I would like to picture myself in 10 years time in the music industry and pursue a career with either MTV or NME.
